We are Skanford, a family owned company specializing in creating dedicated software and providing consulting services in the areas of business process optimization and digital transformation for B2B and B2B2C companies. Since 2017, we have been helping companies achieve a higher level of efficiency through the use of our SkanTool system. Our team is a small, well-coordinated, and experienced group of specialists who understand the problems and challenges of our customers. With passion and dedication, we help our clients streamline business processes across all departments of their companies. We focus on long-term, valuable, and partnership-based relationships!

SkanFord is a family business born out of a passion for software development and delivering real value to other companies. Our company was founded in 2017 to meet the real needs of a manufacturing company selling its products in Poland and Europe. Initially, the company needed to streamline and automate one area of the sales process—B2B customer quoting.

From the very beginning, we had an innovative approach to building IT systems. We didn’t follow templates. We treated each project individually, as if we were tailoring a “custom-made suit.” For us, it was always about the final results and the real value that the SkanTool system brought to the client. That’s how we started. And then? Over the following years, we expanded our tools, creating dozens of solutions supporting processes in areas such as customer relationship management (SkanCRM), document flow and knowledge management (SkanFlow), project management systems (SkanPMS), production management systems (SkanMES), and many more.

Potential for a Win-Win Partnership

We quickly realized that the SkanTool system, built together with the client and for the client based on their real needs, enables implementing actual changes much faster, cheaper, and more effectively compared to ready-made, off-the-shelf IT solutions available on the market.

As a result, we decided to further develop SkanFord, noticing that many Polish manufacturing companies have a chaotic B2B sales process, and communication within these companies often could be much better. Despite offering excellent products or services, these companies are not growing as quickly as they could if they had implemented and optimized processes. Additionally, these companies often lack internal specialists (such as consultants) who could help organize these areas in a way that aligns with market expectations and the company’s real capabilities.

We decided to address these problems and challenges by creating SkanFord, a company that develops dedicated software delivered through a convenient monthly subscription, along with consulting services in the areas of process optimization and implementation. Our collaboration with clients is guided by our 7-step implementation process, which ensures effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

A Few Words About Me – Arkadiusz Suracki

With SkanFord since 2017. Co-owner and Member of the Management Board responsible for software design and development. A passionate and top-tier expert in the field of programming and databases. He has an excellent understanding of how to translate business processes into functional software. By education, a programmer. Before fully dedicating himself to programming, he spent several years building a network of pharmacies.
Privately, he is a father of three daughters and an enthusiast of mountain hiking and cycling.

A Few Words About Me – Tomasz Rawiak

Member of the management board at SkanFord, responsible for development strategy, sales, and implementations. A manager with over 20 years of experience in managing manufacturing companies operating in the construction and industrial sectors. He has successfully led projects such as establishing a company operating in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, and expanding and automating a factory. From the beginning of his career, he has been involved in B2B sales and marketing. He holds a degree from the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Production Engineering, specializing in Enterprise Information Systems.
Privately, he is a happy husband and father, a traveler, and a personal development enthusiast.
